      • FY 2024-25: 314 courses, 10,588 officers trained.

Operational Improvements:

  • A dedicated Review Module for senior-level review of PG cases was operationalized on June 6, 2025.
  • A monthly review meeting led by the Secretary of DARPG took place on October 31, 2025.

  • The monthly report serves as a detailed analysis of public grievances, their types, categories, and resolutions by States/UTs.
  • The systematic review of PG cases and the engagement through feedback mechanisms aim to improve the overall efficiency and transparency of the grievance redressal process.
