  • Facilities and Infrastructure: The centers are designed to provide world-class facilities, including access to advanced equipment for film production, game development, editing, and more, aligned with global standards. Key features include:

    • 8K Red Raptor Vista Vision camera
    • 4K HDR preview theatre with Dolby Atmos
    • Professional sound and color-mixing theatres
    • Virtual production stages with LED walls
  • Support to Startups: Selected startups will receive:

    • Incubation facilities and industry connections
    • Funding support and mentorship for sales and marketing
    • Access to co-working spaces, AV/Digital labs, and high-speed internet
  • International Exposure: Startups will have opportunities for international exposure at key events like VivaTech in Paris and the Game Developers Conference in the USA.

  • Partnerships and Network: The incubation model includes collaborations with IITs, T-Hub, and existing incubators, enhancing learning and networking opportunities. Additionally, startups will work with media units of the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting.

  • Application Process: Applications are now open for interested startups. Each center will select 15 startups with a monthly fee of ₹8,500 + GST. Preference will be given to those in the Media, Entertainment, and AVGC-XR sectors.

  • WaveX's Mission: WaveX aims to foster innovation and support early-stage ventures, focusing on potential rather than existing products, particularly in cutting-edge fields like gaming, AR/VR/XR, and AI-driven content creation.
